Processing Time, Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

SHIPPING

We currently ship domestically within United States at this time, no international shipping!

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority. Once your order has processed it will be shipped and arrive within 1-3 days depending on your location.

All orders are processed and shipped from our location in Griffin, GA.

Once shipped, you will be emailed a shipping notification with tracking number. To access your orders and track your packages you can log into your millermonograms.com online account anytime. Southern Charm is NOT responsible for packages once they are shipped from our facility. If you are experiencing issues with receiving your shipment from USPS we strongly encourage you to contact your local USPS unit with tracking number first. 

 

            **Items return to us due to incorrect address/error will be charged an additional shipping fee to re-ship the items**

 

PROCESSING TIME

Personalized products processing time is currently 3-7 business days. Some products take longer than others and some can ship in as little as 1-2 bsuiness days! 

Every effort will be made to process your order and ship before this time, but during peak seasons the processing time will increase to 7-14 days before shipping. If you need RUSH delivery or processing, please email us at info@southerncharmgriffin.com to notify us!

PLEASE NOTE! Additional shippping fees may apply by adding a RUSH fee to your order. 

RUSH POLICY

Only avaialble on certain products! If you need an order RUSHED for an additional fee the item in which you selected on your order will be processed in 1-2 business days AFTER the order is recieved vs. our normal processing time of 3-7 business days!

YOU MUST EMAIL info@southerncharmgriffin.com AND notify us the order needs to be RUSHED! If the item can be RUSHED it will be personalized and shipped in 1-2 business days, shipped via USPS arriving to you in an additional 1-3 days! Southern Charm is NOT responsible for packages lost by USPS once they have shipped from our facility. 

For your convienece, we do offer a in-store RUSH SERVICE if you need to take advantage of (similar to UPS Overnight, Next-Day, or Three-Day Shipping)

LOCAL PICK-UP

If you wish to select local-pick up as a shipping option, please do so at checkout. You will be contacted via email and phone to pick-up your order when it has been completed.

PLEASE NOTE! Local Pick-Up does NOT speed up the processing of your order, but does allow you to receive it instead of waiting the extra 1-2 days via USPS for the shipping time!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the personalized nature of Southern Charm we do not accept returns or exchanges.

PLEASE IMMEDIATELY INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON RECEIPT. If your item is defective or was customized incorrectly, please contact us at info@southerncharmgriffin.com or call us at 470-204-8939 (Monday - Friday 10am-6pm or Saturdays 10am-4pm)

We do NOT accept incorrect personalized merchandise AFTER 5 days upon receipt of shipment. Every effort will be made to correct or replace your item(s) that were not personalized correctly and we apologize for any mistake.
